"We loved the beautiful wood building, the open breezy lobby and the riverside terrace. The wood room was lovely too. We would have liked to have comfortable chairs in the room balcony to spend some time reading, but other than that everything was perfect, plus they provided parking just across the street. Staff were all very accommodating. "

Warning - when GPS to Herntai, remember to make sure it is the right Herntai, as there is another destination called Herntai farm which is 100 km away. The manager was super friendly. "We booked this property based on the pictures of the pool. Turns out the pool was bone dry and even have a tree trunk at the bottom of the pool!Totally misrepresented what’s real at this property! Very run down, trees bushes haven’t been maintained for years, I understand past 2years with covid, tourism took a huge hit but I didn’t understand why Expedia still allowed this type of property on your site! "The place is nice, close to shopping and food venues. Rooms are OK. There were no extra plugs for laptop or phone. The aircons are old and make noise and don't get very cold. The bed was hard and not comfortable. The shower was good. The breakfast and service in the morning was very good for the price."
