Rooms were very unclean and dirty. It had bed bugs in the first room we checked in and we had to change rooms in which bathrooms were dirty. Breakfast buffet was good! Staff was accommodating to change the rooms but still the rooms were untidy

The staff was pleasing and polite. The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom could have been bit more cleaner. They provided only soap as toiletries whereas toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap etc were missing. Overall it was a good experience

Etwas kompliziertes einchecken aber grosses Zimmer, gute Matratze und gerauschloser Ventilator! Die Möbel und das Bad könnten erneuert werden. Das Schwimmbad ist okay und wenig besucht. Das Essen wird nur Hotelgästen serviert und daher ruhig und von guter Qualität
