"Once arrived at the property we noticed that elevator was very deteriorated, front desk on the 9th floor, after carrying suitcases upstairs now most be carried but to the room, room was extremely dirty, sheets were filthy and even hair on the pillows, remote control for not working, floor super dirty. ..."
