"The location was great, right on grand via street. The room was tiny, and even though the listing said there was air conditioning they were between seasons so it wasn’t turned on yet in the building, and the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable."

"The area is under SERIOUS construction, making it hard to find hotel and for drivers to even drop us off. I think once finished it will be very nice but for now it made it hard to enjoy. It was a bit of a walk to where we could get a taxi or to where they could drop us off late at night. Also Vending machines are outside of the hotel (in a train station, so no comfortable sending a child to get a water), but hotel staff was incredibly kind and check in was a breeze. They do not have air condition in the hotel rooms at night, and that made it quite stuffy. I did leave window open which helped but also with trains it was loud. Hotel room was large and had all we needed, and staff was very kind. "
