O apartamento é excelente, tudo muito novo e funcionando perfeitamente. Ficamos muito bem instalados, a uma curta distância da estação de metrô. Adorei a delicadeza do kit com itens essenciais (sabão para máquina de lavar e lava-louças, detergente, esponja...). A comodidade do estacionamento também é ótima. É importante observar que o apartamento fica em uma área ZBE, onde o trânsito de veículos é bastante restrito.
