"Stayed here during a NASA work trip to Huntsville. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a business stay.
The Wi-Fi in my 5th-floor room was unreliable for the first three days and under maintenance for the last two days, making it difficult to work. Housekeeping did not consistently restock basic items such as facial wipes and bottled water. Toiletries, including the toothpaste provided, were below the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Calls to the front desk often went unanswered, and when answered, staff were sometimes unavailable to deliver requested items.
The booking clearly stated that breakfast was not included, so no issues there.
On the positive side, the room and bathroom were clean. However, the lake area behind the hotel appeared poorly maintained."
