"Clean, modern rooms. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the Haram, easy for mens and ladies gates. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really nice. This is a nice hotel."

"The room were clean, but they have a bad drain system as the bathroom smelled like sewage. Still I give them a 5 star because they allowed us to check out late. We only stay for two nights before our trip to Makkah. Going to from the Masjid was an easy process with their shuttle. The breakfast was simple, but good. For a quick two nights, I would choose it again. The last porter we met Shahin Alam was truly a gem and is the ultimate reason I am leaving a 5 stars, thank you for your help!"
