"We had a wonderful stay at Makarem Al Burj Al Madinah and it was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. The check-in process was quick, smooth and completely hassle-free, making us feel at ease straight away. A special thank you to Haneen (I hope I have remembered her name correctly), who was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She took the time to provide us with a list of recommended places to visit for Ziyarah, which was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more memorable. The rooms were spotless, housekeeping was exceptional throughout our stay, and it was a lovely touch to have complimentary drinks provided in the fridge. The hotel met every expectation of a five-star experience. The service was outstanding, and we genuinely had nothing to complain about. The location is another huge advantage. It is only a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, with easy access to the ladies' entrance, making it especially convenient for families and elderly visitors. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We would highly recommend Makarem Al Burj Al Madinah to anyone visiting Madinah and would happily stay here again."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations, check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. The hotel was extremely close to the Prophets (PBUH) Mosque, I was able to walk a few minutes to the masjid for all my prayers with no problem. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable."

"Exceeded expectations , reliable WIFI, very spacious room We quindruaple room 5 beds , which was very large 5 safes with decent wardrobe space, not too far from Masjid El Nabawi, 5 minutes away for fit fast walker, although I would recommend that you always head there at least 5 minutes before Adhan It is a bit pricey but worthy"

The rooms were elegant, spotless, and very comfortable, while the staff provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes to suit every taste. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah again. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Madinah."
