It it a great hotel. They have a a great bus shuttle to masjid nabawi. The only disadvantage is the rooms are not soundproof, you always hear our neighbors talking .

Amazing location. A literally 12 mins walk from the haram. The breakfast is 5 star! They have a lounge on top with a swimming pool as well. Will definitely come here again.

Great service and staff , clean , good Amenities and room equipment fit for 4-5 star hotel truly . Mattresses are a bit hard for me but others may see them as OK . nice breakfast variety . nice roof restaurant . on bus line to and from Al-haram if you use Madina Bus system .

Clean rooms (with the exception of the shower that kept clogging and sewer smell in first day or two) staff were generally okay but I think they need slightly more training, breakfast was very basic and they put out old stuff. Nice cafe at ground floor. All in all alhamdulillah we were happy we came but place is not the best for the price.
