"The staff was unbelievable. I had room on the 6th floor over looking green dome i loved the view. The cleaning staff on the 6th floor was excellent friendly helpful. Two guys MD TAJUL ISLAM MD ASHIKUL ISLAM were really great help. They were super nice always smiling always helping people. I would definitely go back and go to 6th floor because of them."

"The best hotel,clean, staff,3 minutes walk to The Prophet's Mosque, breakfast was amazing , dinner was delicious, Mohammed Al-Mahasmiwas very nice nice very professional, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The food was delicious, fresh, and well prepared, with a great variety of options. The staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive throughout my stay. Their excellent service and welcoming attitude made the dining experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the food and restaurant team for their hard work and hospitality. I truly appreciated the service and would be happy to visit again!and I want to thank everyone who helped us Mazen first when we arrived.definitely I will be back."

"Brilliant location especially for females. Right outside gate 338 which leads to the women’s entrance. Rawdah is a short walk to the left of gate 338. The room was super tight though and barely any space to walk or open the suitcases. But given most people spend time in masjid more and the extremely close location, this is acceptable. The included continental breakfast was a lifesaver. One day was decent. The other day was super tasty. Lots of options including local food and typical English breakfast style food. The best part was being able to just pop into the hotel for anything we might need at any point in time because it was so close to the masjid."
