"Al Manakha Rotana was an extremely lovely stay, we stayed in room 1103 which was a suite having a living room was a great surplus! the hotel and their services such as in room dining which was really greatly priced especially the kids selection which was perfect for my daughter and she didn’t eat mc Donald’s every day as we had the in room dining option especially with 15% it was amazing! Room was always cleaned and stocked exceptionally and always came back to a fresh clean room made it even better thank you to Nayem and Kawser for keeping everything fully stocked and clean in our room! Breakfast had really greatly priced options perfect for the whole family! The rooms were very spacious and clean. The location was a good spot also although busy but not super busy and away from the main hustle and bustle but still a 2-3min walk to masjid nabawi the men’s section was at the doorstep and even though the women’s section was a few doors down with my 6 year old daughter it only was around a 5-8min walk depending on time. Alhamdhulilah everything was lovely and overall the perfect stay especially bringing my daughter for the first time. Mizan was really lovely at breakfast and looked after us checked in on us and got us what we needed. Thank you very much!"
"Generally, the hotel is good. Food is nice, transport to and from The Haram was fantastic. The only thing which is some how below the standard is about house keeping. No one was available to collect the rubbish, supply of toile tissue was available on request. Appart from that I am si happy to be there"
