"The room smells so bad and is to noisy"

"Breakfast good. Staff was ok. Clean but building is very beaten up. Parking was ok and trashy.. "

"Elevators didn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor. It was fine but if we were staying longer or had our kids it would have been an inconvenience. "

"My problem is that when I arrived early and my room wasn't ready there was no place for me to wait other than a metal bench outside the front door of the hotel. Staff wouldn't let me into the patio to wait. Also on Sunday I was startled to see that breakfast ended at 9am. Since I arrived a few minutes after 9am the only thing I got to eat was an apple and coffee. And staff was not willing to even go and get a yogurt for me and another customer. And he made us leave at 9:30am"

"The staff was very friendly, David at the front desk in particular. thank you. lovely property, some of the furnishings are alittle dated but everything was clean. i would stay here again for certain. :) "

"The good- It's very near the sunken gardens if you want a tour. The room had good air flow. The roses outside are very pretty. The bad- They no longer allow parking in front of the rooms so it looks empty when you arrive at the front gate. The carpet could use a good shampoo."

"Property is nice and rooms are very clean and spacious. The only downfall which can be a deal breaker is that the train passed by quite often and if you have kids like I do, it can be very annoying!! Other than that my experience there was great! "
