The customer service was very good. Dawn was very friendly and helpful. The location is 10 mins away from Macon Coliseum. There was an issue with pest. There were some roaches in the room.

I got 2 rooms, one had celing damage and the other had mold and cockroaches. Staff was friendly though.

You get what you pay for

If you don't mind spending the night in a place that has permanent guests, then I can say it was a good stay. Because they were very respectful and there were no problems. We did feel SAFE
