"The room was advertised as "soundproof" room, that was not the case! You can hear! The room turns out to be a lot smaller than I thought. I couldn't even open my suitcase flat out on the floor. I arrived only about a 1.5 hour before the official check-in time (3 PM), and it was very clear that my room—and others—were already ready since the hotel was not busy at all. "I love staying at Sheridan. I had a little problem understanding the lady at front desk and I had to pay for water for 3 dollars and change that I did not know was not free water. I also ended up paying 285 for my stay and gave them an additional 250 as security. They sent someone to check the room before I left before giving me back my security deposit. Not sure I would stay there again but I would not say don't go there. Otherwise it is a lovely place in terms of decor "
