"Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni (ma non risente dei rumori perché affaccia su una traversa) e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus per machu picchu. Bella e comoda la stanza con doccia grande, con acqua calda e funzionale (mai scontato in Perù); buoni anche i prodotti forniti per la doccia. Un po piccoli gli asciugamani. Colazione dalle h5,30 in linea con altre strutture in cui siamo stati. Servizio di storage bagagli utile se avete escursioni."

"My experience fell well short of what I expect from a five-star hotel. While some staff were genuinely lovely, service was inconsistent, slow, and often required repeated follow-up. More seriously, I left my AirPods Pro in my room while hiking Machu Picchu, and they were gone when I returned. "Great property and staff was the highlight. Rooms are basic, not enough storage or surfaces to put your stuff in. Views from the rooms were amazing, an unforgettable experience. Breakfast and very basic and same everyday. Coffee was amazing though. Would have loved to have a coffee maker or at least an electric kettle in the room. Note that rooms do not have AC or a fan. "We visited Aguas Calientes in the winter, the windows in the room where no sealed so moisture came in all day all the stuff feel damp, activity in the little town starts early, there is music from the restaurants around the plaza, people talking, and since the windows are not sealed you can hear everything. I don’t know who is in the summer. The place is in a hill like almost everything here you have a few step to climb."

"Amazing stay there with my 13 years old son ! Our room was big, clean and comfy, staff was amazingly kind and attentive. Breakfast was probably the best we had in a month stay in hotels in Peru. We almost didn’t stay here because of few negatives reviews, but honestly I’m so glad we stayed here. It is a little in the high part of the city, but close to many good restaurants and close to the bus station for Machu Picchu. Definitely recommend staying here 😊"

"We were given a much lesser room than we paid for. The front desk staff said our room type was not available and would offer a 25% discount because of this. The staff never contacted Expedia like they said they would and Expedia was unable to reach the front desk after multiple attempts to confirm the discount. Result was no discount for me from the hotel, and us paying more money than we should have for a room. I would not recommend this hotel."
