"The property was beautiful, convenient location to visit Machu Picchu. Our room was clean and beautiful, but the AC was not working, neither the TV. The food was very mediocre."

"Excellent service in an amazing location. The town is small so most of the hotels will be in a great location. It was a little noisy at night but I suspect that's Aguas Calientes on the whole. "

"Edison met us at the train station and helped get our bags to the hotel. Gisela checked us in and when I asked about a clinic for my husband, she called a clinic and arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel because I looked like a deer in headlights and I was unable to navigate what was needed. The doctor knew exactly what my husband needed and provided immediate care. Within two hours my husband was much improved. On the day we were going to Machu Picchu, Edison was up and provided an early breakfast cooked by the kitchen staff. Ou room faced the river and it was spectacular. Should I ever return to Agus Calientes I would stay at Sanctuario Hotel, never looking for another hotel. Thank you to all the staff at Sanctuario. "

"A hotel employee met us at the train and assisted us to the hotel. Check in was smooth and our room was clean and spacious. We had a view of the river and mountains. Breakfast was very good each day. The hotel location was a short walk to dining and shopping as well as near the bus station for Machu Picchu. My wife and I would gladly stay here again. I have to make a point to say EVERY staff member we dealt with was gracious and friendly. "

"It is clear that the people at Susana Inn will do everything to make the guests happy. It is not super chique but very neat. The rooms were super clean (you can walk barefeet). I saw them even open the windows in the morning to let the fresh air in. Bedsheets and towels also bright. Nice hot shower. Breakfast was served with nice bread, fruit, eggs, cheese, ham, avocado, jam, coffee, tea, juice etc. Bottled water in the rooms came in handy. And of course the mountain/river view from the room (and the the natural ASMR sound) was great. Aguas Calientes is a very small town so everything is at walking distance: restaurants, shops. A big thank you to the staff."
