We had a wonderful stay at Dreams - which exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, warm and helpful. We remember these people and the good service they gave with a smile Bar - Antonio Entertainment - Sofia, Bruna, David, Carmen, Grace, Pedro Reception- Emmanuel, Mariana, Basilio Coffee - Bela, Linda Spa - reception Restaurants- Natalia But all staff were very warm and welcoming. It felt to us that the staff were well respected and looked after by the Resort.

This was the most spectacular resort we have stayed at. The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, the beach was stunning! We were so happy to see a variety of spots to each. We look forward to coming back again! What a wonderful vacation we had.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely stay at Dreams Madeira We had a really lovely stay at Dreams Madeira. The resort was spotless, staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend booking a Preferred Club room — it really elevated the experience. The time of year we visited was perfect, not too busy, and the evening shows were great. The only areas for improvement were the restaurant booking system, which wasn’t very straightforward (we could only book via reception as Preferred guests), and the sun-lounger cushions — they weren’t always available and, when they were, some were a bit mucky. Easy enough to fix with a towel, but slightly off-putting. Overall, a wonderful experience — we’d happily return!

Fantastic rooms, great food. There perhaps does need to be some persistence in training staff and getting them to use their initiative, but they were generally friendly. Location good, though further out from Funchal, so you just need to be organised if planning days out. Great for a chilled AI holiday!

The hotel is still in soft opening however, the location, amenities and family friendly atmosphere is great. Still some kinks to work out (speediness of dish cleanup, speed of service in speciality restaurants) but I wouldn’t fault the staff, Some are still learning. You can get a Bolt to many attractions and the “experience team” is there to always lend a hand. We will be coming back

We loved everything about this place! Gorgeous room with an amazing view. Buffet was excellent with lots of options. Service was extremely attentive in all aspects. My only complaint is with regard to booking the a la carte restaurants. The only way to get a reservation was to stay up until midnight and book right then. But the buffet was quite good so we didn’t mind this too much.

Incredible holiday and a fantastic hotel. Highly recommend. The staff are fantastic. The setting is perfect, like a small beautiful town with great food and drinks. The hotel staff made new years a really special celebration. Would happily stay here again.
