Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This hotel let me book a month before my intended stay, then decided just a few days before I was supposed to arrive that, oopsie! they'd overbooked. Whoops! Sorry! Absolutely unprofessional behavior. I had arranged all my transportation, my child was looking forward to our stay, and everything was planned a month in advance, only to have the rug yanked out from under us while we were already on vacation at our first of two destinations. I would never again book this hotel, and I don't think you should either. Because apparently, they're just fine with overbooking and then cancelling your reservation at the last minute. Disgusting.
