"This is not all inclusive resort I came to this resort for a very special occasion. I’m getting married so this was my bachelorette party not once. Did I receive an email regarding that more than 75% of the amenities at the resort will be closed. There is constant construction going on causing hazardous around the resort I even cut my toe in one of their pools their room service was not quality at all. We were waiting more than two hours for a single meal along with getting overcharged for...

"Amazing view, amazing time! Gorgeous hotel"

"We absolutely loved our stay! We did not use the rooftop so I think next time we will get a ground level suite. Everything was just so lovely and relaxing. The food was good, the pools were perfect, the atmosphere was amazing, and one of our favorite shows was the women’s Mariachi band."

"Staff and entertainment personnel were really good. Food was average at best, beach area was below average. Mattress was hard, several plugs did not work. Been to much better properties in the past. Overall experience was just average."

"This is my second time going to Bahía, I really enjoyed the resort. Perfect time I went. Not to busy and very relaxing. The room service is on top. And the people were very friendly."

"Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Views were amazing. Endless delicious food and drinks."

"Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. "
