"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The whole places is filled with the smell of mold, you can see it everywhere if you pay attention. My room got switched 5 times in 24 hrs on my bday we finally ended up in a suite. Air conditioners don’t work. One room we hit the lights it was a roach trying to run out and another dead roach someone killed. All of the restaurants are trash only the steak house had good steak thank god. Only the entertainment is good and the buffet, after a while your just eating the same thing over and over. I guess ppl get so drunk and it’s affordable they don’t care. Everyone I ran into we asked about their room, they got changed at least once and had a story that matched one of the 5 rooms we got switched from. This whole places needs to be shut down it’s a dump and some from desk ppl had the nerve to be upset and rude and talking about ppl in Spanish. "

"The property was beautiful, the pool was great, the food average, customer service lacking especially in the restaurants for some reason team members were upset. The cleaning ladies were great, the swim up (pool side) was also great. If you love beach water this is not your ideal hotel, waves were harsh and impossible to swim. "

"Cons: Bathroom was dirty, shower head was broken, the entertainment staff were terrible. They didn’t engage anyone into doing anything, didn’t participate in 92% of activities, some of the staff were insanely rude. There was a roach that ran past the spice restaurant table, and staff don’t know how to handle complaints. At check out they asked me about the urine that we found on the toilet, why you asking me at check out? Pros: minus the roach, food was good. Plenty of pool space, family friendly, access to breathless, concierge are very pleasnent"
