"This is an excellent hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was really nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's a great cafe next to the lobby. Highly recommend."

"Great"

"Hotel was nice and clean. The only complaint was the hot water in the shower was not working."

"All good"

"Stayed here for the sick new world festival and heard horror stories of other hotels canceling reservations to charge more money. We had no issues and our reservation was honored without question"

"When I made the reservation, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast. Nowhere was it mentioned that the hotel was undergoing renovations or that breakfast would not be available as advertised. Instead, guests are only given a bag containing water, an apple, and a bagel, which is simply not sufficient. I specifically chose this hotel because of the hot breakfast included with the stay. "Final Rating: 3.9/5 Overall, my stay was comfortable, with a few areas that could be improved. The clean rooms and good breakfast were definite positives. With improvements in customer service, parking availability, and transparency about fees, the overall guest experience would be much better. Room: The room was very clean, and the overall setup was excellent. Everything was well organized and maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite good. While the...

"I reserved accommodation for six people, but on arrival the hotel said it was overbooked and could only offer a room for four. I received no prior warning. I had to book a nearby hotel at a much higher price."

"NA"

"TD on the work being done. Each visit is showing the properties commitment, to providing a quality space for customers."
