Een gemiddelde beoordeling. De kamer was top en het personeel van de receptie ook. Via de receptie heb ik diner gereserveerd. De kwaliteit van het eten was ook top maar de service dramatisch…. Ik loop naar restaurant en wacht tot ik een tafel krijg. Wel 5 personen kijken mij, aan, maar niemand reageert. Totdat een oudere dame na enkele minuten op mij toekomt en mij een plaats geeft. Ze zegt nog… de tafel wordt zo dadelijk schoongemaakt. (Ik hoop dat het inmiddels gebeurt is). Na 20 min eindelijk de kaart. Vraagt de ober nog… u zit zeker te wachten oude kaart? na 40 min mijn drankjes etc. En bij de omliggende tafels….. alles zoals gewend bij VDV ….. alles vlotjes. Tafel/ kaart/ drankjes en eten. Ik hoor ober wel zeggen dat het druk is, maar ik weet niet waarmee. Restaurant is half leeg en er is behoorlijk wat personeel. Alleen zijn die vooral druk met zichzelf en elkaar. Na ongeveer een uur het voorgerecht en de rest kunt u wel bedenken. Meerdere gasten kwamen later en waren weer eerder kompleet voorzien weg. Ondertussen dacht de ober blijkbaar aan fooi en kwam ineens vaker vragen etc. Ik was er klaar mee. En ja ondertussen bedient hij de tafel naast mij. In zijn onhandigheid … gaat er ook bij mijn tafel vanalles mis. Lees hij heeft een wat …. Kan gebeuren, maar Sorry of even rechtzetten kan er niet vanaf…. Ik ben anders gewend. Volgens mij was het echt een senior ober.

So much to improve

Breakfast is terrible. Not the level I expected Valk would be. Hams looks like it has been laying there all night Same as the cheese. The room I had was worn out a little. The furniture and the floor The airco I set at the lowest level but in the morning it was still terrible hot. And sweating all night. And awake therefore
