I have mobility problems so this hotel, with it's on-site parking was absolutely perfect. We stayed in one of the apartments adjacent to the hotel with it's own kitchen and lounge and were very happy. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a triple room on the ground floor, it was really spacious, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Location is perfect, a short walk from the Christmas markets, restaurants and the Christmas caves.

Excellent Hotel

From beginning to end, couldn’t fault this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given an upgrade which was very nice and unexpected. The hotel was very well placed for the centre of Valkenburg and easy to find. Would definitely return. Well done!

Bad smell and poor water pressure.

Room was ok. My room had a particular bad smell that increased during the night. It became a heavy sewage smell emerging from the bathroom . Even with the windows open it would not disappear. It was not the first time as the hotel had put air fresheners in the bathroom. Another issue was water pressure. Water would burst out the faucet and then shut off. The interval was random. When I informed the reception, no apologies or compensation was offered.

De kamer was brandschoon, lekker bed, grote kamer, smart tv. De badkamer was ook groot en schoon. Lekker bubbelbad en regendouche. Keurig allemaal! Ook een nespresso apparaat op de kamer, wisten we nog van vorig jaar, dus lekker extra eigen cupjes meegenomen. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk!

Wir hatten ein Economy-Zimmer. Es ist etwas kleiner, aber es ist dennoch alles da was man braucht. Für größere Menschen ist es wahrscheinlich nur bedingt geeignet, da die Deckenbalken des ursprünglichen Gebäudes im Zimmer sehr niedrig sind. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Unterbringen von Gepäck bei früher Anreise und späterer Abreise ist auch kein Problem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und es war auch gegen Ende der Frühstückszeit noch genug von allem da. Besonders das frische Obst war super! 💚 Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Een vriendelijke jongeman bij de receptie. Kamers zijn prima, alleen een beetje klein. Erg gehorig s'morgens, geluiden uit de keuken en dichtslaande deuren. Goed ontbijtbuffet en fijne bedden.
