"Good thing
So clean, cozy and silent. All facilities were good. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful.
I fell in love to Almaty through this apartment.
The manager could speak excellent English that easy to check everything what I need.
Weakness
There is no elevator for 3rd floor. "
"We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo).
The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2).
The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street.
There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. "

"Great short stay in the center of Almaty during a transfer on Air Astana. Young desk staff were wonderful and helpful. Airport transfer efficient. Room was better than I had expected given the price I paid. Breakfast buffet was excellent if not effusive. Love the local options. Lobby is grand. Location central. A/C struggled during hot spell."

"The Plaza Hotel is a decent place to stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is good but not amazing but as it’s a buffet I’m sure there’s plenty there to satisfy everyone. It’s not the most central hotel but the area around is safe and the river makes orientating yourself in the city quite easy. Get Yandex Go the ex-Soviet equivalent of Uber and getting around costs next to nothing and is very quick and efficient. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!...
