"The property lacked cleanliness. The entire property was dirty with rust stains everywhere. My room was NEVER cleaned as promised when checking in. We had to ask for soap and towels daily. We stayed five days and the bed linen was never changed even though we asked politely everyday. The two dishes that we used were never washed and I killed a bug!!!! I will never stay at a Radisson in the future. "

I didn't want to sit on the toilet or sleep in the bed but luckily I had my own blanket The only good thing was the beach off the property but that too had a tiny amount of trash 🗑."

They gave us 2 extra hours in the room and it really helped make it worth staying.. we were feeling like we wasted 500 dollars bc we didnt have insurance..we still def missed out on some of our money but the understanding and kindness of the staff helped alot"
