"The place is very dated, could do with a little TLC. There is no lift to the upper rooms, had it stated this on the website, I would not have booked. Having mobility problems, but not enough to have an accessable room, it was difficult with the stairs and luggage, however the receptionist did offer help. "We stayed in september for 3 nights in room 142 the room was not as clean as it could have been the tv you could not get any information about any of the programs but the bed was very comfortable we did not use any of the extra facilities we had a meal in the main restaurant the service was excellent as was the food"
