"Door was open when I got to my room. Very strong deodorizer smell, carpet was very wet. Front window of room cracked. AC unit falling out of holder. What seemed to be permanent residents smoking pot all hours of day and night in their room. This place is disgusting!!!!!!!! "

"It's OK. Room had a slight odor, not cigarette smoke, but unclear what it was. TV was hard to use. AC unit had mild rattle but weather was chilly so we were ok with fan only. Motel clientele looked to be primarily contractors and truck drivers.. nothing against, just not families and couples. Breakfast was quite good"

"Our room ended up having bed bugs. When I brought this up to the gentleman at the front desk, he said “I’ll have a manager contact you after an investigation. You probably brought them from home.” Wouldn’t give me the managers number, and couldn’t, and wouldn’t discuss anything else. Very disappointed in this property. I travel quite often for work, and frequent Holiday Inn. I absolutely will not be returning to a HI in the future. "
