"Terrible. The photo for the room we booked clearly showed a tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. It was 20 dollars more then the other rooms. We booked specifically for the tub and it was slightly closer to our destination then the other hotel with a Jacuzzi tub. Wee get the to the room, and it wasn't a Jacuzzi tub. Both the pool and hot tub were under construction, despite being advertised. The dude at the front desk was completely unhelpful , legitimely didn't know English and had to go a women to translate and saids they don't even have Jacuzzi tubs on the hotel. We wouldn't have went to the other hotel otherwise . And certainly wouldn't have paid 20 extra dollars had we known"

"The breakfast was $1.00 cookies from Walmart, and had a problem with having a pet, even though we said pet on the reservation, the room was clean but no elevator to unstairs and we had wanted a handicapped room for my husband, my husband said we will not stay there ever again."

"Our B& B host were awesome. Friendly , talkative and very willing to be helpful with any reasonable need. Thank you Linda and Ken for the added touch to our mini-getaway. Breakfast was timely and fantastic. There are soft drinks and bottled water available as needed during our stay and the room treats left each day were very tasty. In fact, I asked about one particular treat and once we returned home, we made them ourselves. ( Dolly's Strawberry cake mix, 8oz whipping cream ,one egg & powdered sugar.....simply and tasty) I would recommend a stay here . The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean and super bright WHITE. No issues with street parking in front of the B&B during any part of our 3 day/2 night stay. I don’t really have anything to point out that would need to be improved on, the Victorian charm of the B&B and its décor fit very well with the town of Boonville. Our main purpose of coming here was to visit Warm Spring Ranch and do two different tours of the Budweiser Clydes farm which is less than 15 mins away. Our morning walks ( 4 miles RT) on the Kathy Trail that is a few minutes walk from the B&B was very safe & peaceful"

"The room was not ready. I checked in and received a key and went to my room - to find housekeeping and an open door. (The cleaner told me the man who checked me in thought a traveling nurse made the reservation and I didn’t look like one, he gave me a different room. He thought someone else was still coming for the other room. The one that I reserved and that WAS ready for me.) She seemed to have just started but said she’d only be a few minutes. After maybe 10 minutes, she went to get a vacuum but came back with a key to the room next door to give me instead. It had been cleaned but they had sprayed so there were dead spiders literally everywhere. She decided to just vacuum the original room and have me stay in there. I generally use the tub to soak a lot while I’m there so I asked for a room with a tub that didn’t leak. The tub did have a slow leak and it was not properly cleaned. I used my face wash and body wipes to scrub the bottom and sides out, all to have the water leak out along with my geranium oil. They helped me with a make shift seal but it was a still a hassle. **The previous manager retired** and it’s very obvious they need better help. This small motel was a stand out bc it was always very clean and things were done right. If that changes, they won’t last. "
