"Not the best conditions, where do I start , the door didn’t have a way to luck the inside, shower never work, towels old and grey stead of white. I didn’t want to have breakfast beacause I ca only imagine the kitchen . Bathroom with mold…. And many more"

The transportation manager was very nice and friendly as well and helped us out each day making arrangements for ride and even sailing. Abdul was extremely helpful and made our visit simple and easy. "Hotel is located by the boat piers and centrally located. Friendly staff and quick checking. Larger antrum and beautiful pool area overlooking the Nile river. We ate at the Lebanese restaurant and had a delicious Kofka. Room & beds were comfortable & clean. Nice shops around the interior of the hotel. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere felt very safe and friendly for a solo woman traveller. The pool was clean and the pool area very good, although there were times it was difficult to find a sunbed. If I ever return to Luxor, I would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely clean hotel with great facilities and views across the Nile. Breakfast had a nice choice of pastries, pancakes and omelette, cereal and hot breakfast and meats and cheeses. Alcoholic drinks and food were quite expensive but weren't good quality and plenty to choose from."

"The best hotel we stayed at during our Cairo-Aswan-Luxor trip. Very friendly staff, great facilities, tidy rooms and beautiful river front area to relax after a day of exploring. Great buffet for people though limited options for vegans, with poor dietary restriction notices on the food, though belatedly having spoken to the chef he said he would’ve made us something special during our stay had we made it know (so better to do that personally than rely on the waiting staff to make your plight known!)"

"We suffered from reliance on Expedia’s over-rating; more a rustic camp than hotel; easy walks to both Luxor and Konark Temples and restaurants along the Nile Promenade (Kornish Al Nile). Very friendly, polite, helpful staff but poor management. "
