"This was a magnificent hotel. Tucked out of the way in the quiet rural part of the West Bank. The staff were super sweet and attentive and nothing was too much to ask. The room was gorgeous with heaps of character, you felt every bit of furniture had a story to tell. The food was the best we ate on our 2 week trip of Egypt, high quality and classy yet not ridiculously expensive. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"This was my second stay, and we had a fantastic time. I thought I had booked a larger room, and was a bit disappointed when I arrived. Spoke with the manager and he was kind enough to take time out of his day to accommodate us and get us upgraded to a much larger room (for a fare difference). "We had a most splendid time at Djorff Palace. From the minute we arrived with the hotel’s river boat, we felt transported back in time. To a time where the dull uniformity of big corporate hotels did not exist. The architecture of the hotel is most elegant and the rooms are authentic and warm with their squeaky wooden floor, domed ceilings and the intricate wooden carvings on the balcony door and the windows.
