great hotel but customer service needs improvement

The rooms were clean and the bed were very comfortable. But customer service in the other hand could use some improvement. We booked and paid for 3 sea view rooms for new years celebration but the views from our rooms were mostly pool view instead of sea view. There weren’t any toiletries in the two rooms we stayed. We called the front desk several times to request toiletries, they promised to deliver it to the rooms but no one came. There were also some misinformation from the front desk about some of the facilities the hotel offered - for exp, we were informed that the pool was not available in one of the days during our stay when we asked why - they couldn’t answer but then we saw people were using the pool on the day it was supposed to be closed. When we called the hotel to confirm our reservations, we were told that our rooms came with 2 free dinner because of the new years but when we checked-in we were told there was no dinner
