"Very nice hotel with a good location to m8 motorway and Glasgow airport. Gym ok but a bit on the small side, pool ok steam and sauna rooms ok. Only downside was i had adjoining room and next door was very noisy around 10:30 at night, ate in hotel one night food was nice and a fair selection at the bar, I knocked a star off only because of my neighbour"

"We liked the bus stop tight out front. We didn’t like the lack of info to get from the airport to the hotel and ended up walking with all of our luggage. The meals were supposed to be 1/2 board but the credit provided towards meals wasn’t enough to cover but one or two of the choices. The food itself was good. Very nice premises."

"I was all fabulous, we loved it. Only a couple of gripes, the hairdryers are not great as you have to keep you thumb on a button to keep it going and they didn’t see to have any decaf facilities for tea. Everything else great, thankyou."

"Room was great. Food was good, but placing orders was slow. Food arrived promptly though. My biggest problem is your phone system . I tried probably 10- 15 times to call and each time I waited for the 15-20 rings before it cut me off as none was available . The message "Please call back" or similar message came after the timeout period. You must be loosing lots of business by not answering the phone. The only extension that picked up was the golf."
