"The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

"The hotel was nice, with a restaurant and bar downstairs. The beds were stiff, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast choices were plentiful but, the scrambled eggs were runny and had some liquid added, it was the same at a previous hotel as well. It may be a cultural difference I am not use to though. The dinner was just absolutely amazing and delicious! You have to get the steak with dirty fries or the chicken plate! It will change your life, lol! The staff was very nice as well...

"The guest relations Manager listened when I mentioned that the room we had overlooked a roof ie the view looked onto a working area of the flat roof. Otherwise the stay meet our requirements. The Gurst relations Manager gave us his card to let him know when we next stay."

"This is a small flat on the top floor of a terrace house. Yes you can see the river just past the plumbers merchant yard and the industrial estate on the opposite bank. Access is via a very noisy shared stair case. First impressions on entering is a place which needs some upgrading and lacks furnishing - COSY it is not. The place was clean although old paint work and an excess of silicon on the shower tray gave the place a generally shabby feel. Then we opened the oven to find the grill pan had...

"Location was great for us. The view from the terrace lounge was stunning. We experienced a newly remodeled suite which were lovely. One comment is there was not enough counter space or hooks in the bathroom. We enjoyed our visit!"

"Great hotel in an amazing location! First impression you will get is of the court yard which is amazing and it just gets better from there! Quick/simple check in. Room good size for 2 people and large suitcases. No glasses in room (except bathroom) but you go down to their bar and they give you anything/everything you need for your room no questions asked. Has 3 restaurants attached to it and everyone is different and phenominal. We went at the start of the summer season and all were busy...
