"I had reservation and they said we cant find it!!! they left us waiting half an hour on arrival after getting wet under rain( entrance door was locked). For room service they charge delivery fee !( 8 dollars) . found cockroach ( have a video) .They charged us with higher rates than reservation confirmation! "

"Everything in total was great. they upgraded our room to ocean view apartment. The staff were really friendly and willing to help. Highly recommend!there is a washing machine that you can use as well. "

"Booked 1 bedroom apartment and were given a 2 bedroom with the room locked out. Nice furnishings-clean and in good condition. Loved the 27th floor view. Apartment was clean, kitchen well equipped and A/C worked well. Stayed 3 nights and were advised of daily light housekeeping however our first day we had no room cleaning until I phoned twice after 3:00 pm. Second day the bed was made and towels replaced. Parking is easy. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great selection at the buffet breakfast, and food was fresh. Seafood buffet at the restaurant was excellent - fresh and great selection. Rooms clean. "

"Great size 3 bed apartment. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, so much so we didn’t use the beach. BBQ area clean. Very close to tram stop and walking distance to shops. There was a smell in the hallway just outside elevator. Other than this issue, we had an amazing stay."

"Amazing location - 5 Minute walk to Harbour town and approx 15 minutes from the theme parks. The pool, sauna and gym facilities were fantastic to use and we used them everyday. Parking onsite was easy to access and use and we had a large SUV. The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen had a great set up with main amenities like toaster kettle and air fryer. Washing machine and dryer were in amazing condition and a clothes rack to hang out and dry clothes on. The deck had a lovely view you could sit out on, on an evening. The onsite operations manager was really lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend this for families with young and older children. "

"Ocean partially visible from rooms balcony. Music thumping all night til early hours of the morning louder than the tv would go was an awful nights sleep. Double glazing would be good for this. Was on the 15th floor god help Those below Us if it was as loud for us it had to be awful for those below. Won’t be back. "

"Dinner Buffet was very poor when we arrive from candleligth concert 07.35 p.m. the service in the table very poor ,they need more focus in the service ,and next morning Breakfast was better in two time we when before sorry not more."
