"Nice property at a nice location."

"Context- the hotel parking is flooded and had to walk through the water to get to the reception causing our shoes and feet to get soaked. Whilst at the reception my partner walked in and I caught the receptionist named REV laughing and smirking at my partner this is so unprofessional. Her service was not good at all gave no direction how to find my room and did not apologise about the flooding. REV it is very unprofessional and inappropriate to laugh about your customers misfortune whilst...

"My only complaint is that I was on the ground floor and the floors above head really creaky floor boards, so I was frequently woken up but those above me moving around."

"Absolute treasure. Went for a retreat to get some work done. It could not have been more perfect. Staff super respectful and approachable. Room was spacious, clean and sound proof. Breakfast was excellent....loved the banana and peanut smoothie. what a combo. And after a hard day's work, it was relaxing in the sauna/steam room& jaccuzzi. Planning on bringing a team of people for group bonding sessions.....with the vast green lands and lots of conference rooms and break out open...

"The hotel was very clean and had modern facilities with clean fresh towels and toiletries provided, the bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The bar and dinning area have been refurbished but have been styled in a retro vibe which added to the experience, there was good choice for breakfast which was of a good standard, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, and we will certainly be staying there again."

"The hotel & the grounds are lovely. The rooms aren't fitted with aircon (because it's listed I don't think they're allowed!) so in summer months it's quite warm. The pool is nice enough. We had breakfast included- there was a good selection & it was all hot! We also ate dinner at the hotel- that was delicious! The waitress was really friendly."

We asked if we can get room service we weee told no. We asked if we can eat at the outside terrace bar, we were told that was closed. We told staff repeatedly the restaurant next door on the promaenade was no longer serving dinner and we would like to have dinner at the restaurant. We were told we should walk around 10...
