"The staff at the grand hotel were very helpful. They accommodated all of our wishes and helped us throughout. The pool bar staff are lovely and work really hard. Only criticism was our last lunch around the pool bar/restaurant was not good every other time it had been good. Perhaps an off day. The staff seemed very busy and run off their feet so the reflection is on the kitchen. In hindsight we should have refused to pay for the food and sent it back, Again the hotel is amazing and staff wonderful one bad lunch won’t put me off returning. Warning cabs in the area are needed or hire a car the cabs are very expensive for short journeys and amazingly they charge €10 more for a night time journey. The hotel was clean and quiet. It would be amazing if they had some entertainment a couple of evenings a week around the pool area. Again I would definitely return. Sardinia is beautiful however not much happening in Porto cervo."
"The customer service is excellent and our dinner/staff was excellent as well. Some additional shade and loungers in the pool area would have been better as it was too bright and no loungers for us to enjoy the space. Maybe paint the white walls blue so that it’s not so stark. The personal room patio was soo nice!!
Thankyou!!"
"Hotel is in the middle of nowhere.
It is a slightly odd feeling in May because most of the place is deserted.
The beach club wasn't open once and you are around a 25min walk in to the town.
Word to the wise - have a hire car.
We both paid extra for a deep tissue massage which it absolutely wasn't. Spa are is nice.
Staff friendly and breakfast is decent."
