"This room was above a busy restaurant which served excellent food and the staff were immensely friendly and accommodating. The room was absolutely beautiful - lovely decor and spotlessly clean. It was sooo quiet. There was no noise from the restaurant or the road outside. Parking was very easy. I just loved everything about it. The meal was fantastic. "

"Clean room, great location, lovely bathroom and comfy beds, large tv tho we didn’t have time to watch much. Loved the coffee maker and that they offered a fan (for white noise). Easy check in and out process and paying for parking was a breeze (super close to entrance). The pictures hold true to what you get. The family room has a twin bed when you first enter, it worked perfect for us! We plan to return to Lancaster in the next year or so and will definitely consider a stay here again! "

"We arrived for check in and quickly dropped bags off and then went for a night out in Lancaster to celebrate. Once we returned we quickly found that the electricity in the house wasn’t working. We tried the obvious such as checking the fusebox and unplugging items to see if these were tripping the circuit but there was no luck. No electricity meant that the heating hadn’t come on and there was no hot water. We had to walk around the house via the torches on our phone. We tried the contact number for the host but this number was turned off with no option to leave a voicemail. We tried multiple times to message via hotels.com and have been ignored. I have also tried addressing this with hotels.com who say it’s an issue between ourselves and the property owner despite the property owner ignoring all communication. Overall this ruined the night away for us all and being ignored by the host has left a bad taste in our mouth. We would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. "
