Room was worn and not clean. Attempts to get a few things repaired proved fruitless. Staff responded straight away but then said they would have to come back later. They didn’t!!

Lovely staff and clean room but the lack of a window is disorientating.

The staff were very nice. They even made popcorn for my grandchildren. All staff would answer any questions and were very helpful. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet the showers were big and very clean. A couple of weird things were there were no facecloths and no ice machine . We have never travelled to Sweden before so maybe this is normal

I loved the place. It is a bit far from the city central but that doesn’t matter as you can use Uber eats. You can use the bus and it is very frequent. The rooms are spacious and the place seems newly renovated. Everything is fresh. The door is a bit jammed but it wasn’t a big deal at all. The staff was so, so friendly. It’s also a kid friendly place. The breakfast, like the Swedish tradition, was elaborate. There were so many items. I loved it. Will stay there again. Thank you!

Location and the BEST breakfast in town!!
We were so excited to stay at the Elite hotel! It is ultra modern and we had heard great things about it. Positives- location, breakfast was fantastic!! and European size room with great shower. Could be better- king size bed (stated) was actually a queen size and the mattress was not to our liking. Parking was available for about 7.00 per night. We WOULD stay here again.

Great location for meetings in Medicon Valley. Lund is a picturesque little university town, about 30 min walk from the hotel. Train from Copenhagen airport to Lund is superb.

A hotel in a great location
At an excellent location, close to train station and local business. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. Unfortunately, the weather was hot during our stay. Without air conditioner in the room, it made our stay somewhat uncomfortable.

Thought solitary confinement was forbidden.
I thought it was against the law to force people to live several days in rooms without windows, what I found out on the rules for all such rooms you need to have an extra tag to make 100% sure the person/s staying overnight there do not suffer from (like me) PTSD or any other medical issue, booking should make absolutely sure that information is set up and separately accepted before booking can be made, if that information has not been clearly understood the booking must be cancelled on medical grounds and refunding shall be automatic due to it.

Great hotel!
Great hotel with very spacious and comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The hotel is located around 30 minutes walk from the town centre but there are plenty of transportation options to shorten the trip. My family were very impressed by the hotel and would recommend it.

It’s a no frills hotel, very clean, compact rooms, reasonable good breakfast. Fire bicycles to borrow for the day was an eccentric opportunity for getting around.

Great business choice for Ideon Village Biotech Center. It is convenient for business. It is a cab ride to the center of town, which is where nonbusiness travelers should stay to enjoy the charm.

Miserable restaurant manager spoils stay
Nice hotel, ideal for science park, but restaurant a real disappointment. Miserable manager with no idea how to welcome guests, Actual waiting staff friendly, but food for Sweden very average and unimaginative. Ice cream dessert particularly bad - two lumps of melted ice cream, not attempt to make it attractive.
