Don Quijote Apart Hotel

We enjoyed our room with Andes Mountains view while visiting near Mendoza, Argentina. The hotel was very walkable to many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful for recommendations and information on the general area.. Breakfast delivered daily was delicious and filling. Parking in the underground garage was challenging; I’m glad they let us park out front.

Great staff, elegant facility. Be aware that english is a little rough or not existent with some overnight staff. (thats ok with us). We enjoyed the relative proximity to bodegas and Hwy 7 (mountain access). The kitchen amenities/utensils, tools etc are pretty sparse but we made due with simple dinners for 4 nights. Breakfast served to room! Loved the corner room with two sliders to a great balcony with great views. Would stay here again. Had a strange situation with the shower splashing with normal use and flooding the bathroom floor. There was a drain in the floor but it was not sloped properly, so big puddle. Partial glass wall/splash guard was inadequate and seems the only way to remedy would be to install a full glass wall with a door. For now a squeegee would have been nice.

The room AC was not working. They never came to look at it. We moved rooms and that AC didn’t work either. There were dead bugs all over the patios that they didn’t bother to clean off. Would not recommend.

Realmente não recomendo. O quarto é espaçoso, hotel bem localizado, próximo a várias vinícolas. Entretanto, tivemos alguns problemas que poderiam ser facilmente resolvidos pela equipe do hotel, mas nada fizeram. Fomos no verão (fevereiro) e o nosso quarto tinha sol da tarde. Ou seja, o quarto ficava muito quente. Isso não seria uma problema se o ar condicionado estivesse funcionando. Entretanto ele estava quebrado! Pedimos gentilmente que fôssemos trocados de quarto (o hotel estava vazio), mas, mesmo reconhecendo que o ar estava quebrado (uma equipe técnica foi ao quarto), NÃO NOS TROCARAM. Todas as noites dormimos com calor e janelas abertas. Além disso, o box do chuveiro protegia menos da metade da área de banho, o que fazia com que fosse impossível tomar banho sem deixar o restante do banheiro inteiro alagado. Ficamos bastante decepcionados e, com certeza, não recomendamos.

As acomodações são excelentes e confortáveis; mas tem uma grande exceção: o banheiro. O banheiro é pequeno e o box do chuveiro é sem comentário (é tão pequeno e mal projetado que molha o banheiro inteiro).

El apartamento es EXCELENTE DIEZ, el desayuno básico pero cumple con un desayuno, la habitación muy buena podrian cuidarla un poco más, mejorar las paredes, agregar repasadores en la cocina, la atención del personal fué muy buena, la limpieza 10 puntos, lo único que la zona está muy poco explotada turísticamente por lo que hay que movilizarse mucho para ir a cenar, por ahi conviene mas hospedarse en chachas, pero el apart es muy muy bueno, superó nuestras expectativas.

Muito longe de Mendoza

Quando reservei o hotel, vai em uma pegadinha de centro, mas não era o centro de Mendoza, e sim de Luján. Ficou muito caro pegar Uber para Mendoza. Hotel bom para quem vai visitar vinícolas, muito longe de Mendoza. Cafe da manhã servido no quarto a mesma coisa todos dia, Hotel deveria alternar.

Gostei bastante da acomodação, quarto amplo, com sacada para a cordilheira. Banheiro bom. Por se tratar de apart hotel tem estacionamento gratuito. Café da manhã bom! Boa localização para visitação às viniculas de Maipu e Lujan de Cuyo.

EXCELENTE Y MODERNO

El edificio es hermoso. La habitación grande y muy cómoda. La cama muy comoda. Las habitaciones con balcón y vista a la montaña son estupendas. El ascensor moderno y seguro. La cochera grande y muy segura con vigilancia las 24 hs.
