The staff were all top notch and showed care and a commitment to making you feel comfortable and happy. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety and options. "Hotel Petalozzi was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The rooms were large, modern and well appointed. It was very hot and humid when we arrived so we were very thankful for the air conditioning! The hotel is close to everything yet not directly in center which is nice. The staff was friendly and efficient."

"This place was a true gem, gorgeous grounds and a stunning historical building with 12 foot ceilings and huge windows. The beds were comfortable and the bath very clean, we loved the tropical flowers and plants and enjoyed a fantastic Italian meal at the restaurant. The decor was tasteful and inviting. Everyone was very nice and helpful, we wish we could have stayed longer to explore Lugano but we had a train to catch in the morning. "
