"Well located hotel. Enjoyed having the balcony overlooking the Lake. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was very small and shower is uncomfortably narrow. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety."

The people at check in were extremely slow and didn’t provide any information ie. WiFi codes or offering the Ticino pass or other information about the Lugano area."
"A very pleasant self-catering studio about 70 metres down the hill from the main hotel and towards the town centre. It is on the first floor of a very pretty town house, and has good enough cooking/eating equipment. There is an excellent food section in a department store further down the hill in the town centre, about 200 metres away ... if you are ok with carrying your groceries back up to the accommodation."
