location is very good. 5 minutes from the lake, 9 minutes from the train, in the middle of many shops. Clean room and the fan was helpful. Overall very good and I would stay there again.

The reception staff was very friendly and waited for our arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. It was a short 1-2 min walk to the main road where you can see their lake. Easy check-out where you can drop your keys. We would definitely stay here again!

Budget hotel in fabulous location

A budget hotel but in a fantastic location with really lovely staff. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable. No aircon but they do have a lift

Is a old hotel but with the necessary stuff to stay to sleep, I like the area because it was close to the lake, famous stores like Gucci,Prada,etc …also is in the middle of the town where you can find a lot of cafes to eat or others restaurants. It was nice to be there.

The property is dated, like you staying at your Europeans grandparents bathroom vibes. Which in itself is the experience when in Europe! Clean place, amazing spot for convenience without a car. The staff at desk are warming and welcoming!

Great location! Very clean. Nothing fancy, but conveniently located and functional. Soap dispenser built into shower. Tub too small for a bath, but not a problem for us. High powered fan for hot days, no AC. Mattress ok for a couple of nights. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Mine was a late checking around 10pm , hotel team made it so convenient for me , given clear instructions and when some thing is not working they able to give alternative immediatey , always answered my phone and great location with fine dining options at late hour as well , room is very neat and have all the required amenities - keep up the good work

Ideal location

The location was perfect. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The downside was that the ceiling fan and lights in our room did not work, and the bedding was too small for the bed. The top sheet and comforter were not wide enough to cover two people.

Great location. Breakfast included which was just ok. The WiFi is free but the wifi can be a little slow. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The space is very small. No water given and the room was all little stuffy.

Location is excellent and the manager was great to accommodate our request to change our room. The setup in this hotel was odd and two rooms had a sharing bathroom which was next to our room. Every time they used the bathroom we could hear the flushing and bathroom door. The second night the manager changed our room to different floor and we had a good night sleep.

Small room

Good location. A very small room. No view (a wall). No ac, but the fan was ok. Noice from the street on Saturday night. On Sunday morning at 8 and 10 worships in the church, you could hear it clearly into the room. No place other than expensive restaurants to buy snacks/food on a Sunday.

Location is outstanding and is in the middle of the old town within 10walk from the train station and a block form Lake Lugano. The check-in staff were very friendly and very helpful whenever we had questions. One thing that could be improved is to respond to customer issues. Our shower head fell and broke. We reported the issue and it wasn’t fixed for two days before we left. We basically used a hose for shower for a couple of days. I believe this is something simple that could be fixed relatively fast and it didn’t make sense it wasn’t fixed before we left. I would stay here again for sure.
