An excellent trip

Excellent location with very good breakfast and relaxing bar area. The spa/pool area was very clean and a great place to spend some time. The hotel is really well located for bars, restaurants and the beach

Zimmer in der 7. Etage toll der Service beim Check in sehr gut gab einen Prosecco weil meine Frau Geburtstag hatte. Das Frühstück ein Traum und die Roboter sehr schön spart dem wenigen Personal Laufwege.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und man hatte von dem Zimmer einen tollen Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und der Wellnessbereich war herrlich zum Entspannen.

Das Hotel an sich hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen - tolles Ambiente, stilvoll eingerichtet, saubere Zimmer, super freundliches Personal und eine tolle Lage! Auch das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Was uns persönlich gestört hat, war, dass wir an beiden Morgen keinen freien Tisch gefunden haben um zu frühstücken. Wir sind zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten hin, aber es war einfach nur überfüllt und das ist schade wenn man nach langer Zeit einfach mal rauskommt und entspannen will. Der Schwimmbadbereich ist toll und großzügig- im Familienbereich. Da wir aber unter dem Motto Wellness da waren, hat uns der Erwachsenenbereich enttäuscht. Die Saunen waren top, aber auch hier hatten wir keine Möglichkeit zu liegen. Es gab nicht viele Liegen in diesem Bereich und diese waren alle belegt. Außerdem waren die Liegen überwiegend im „Gang“. Fazit: für Familien ein mega Hotel - als Erholung für Erwachsene würde ich beim nächsten Mal etwas anderes wählen.

Das Hotel besticht durch die gute Lage in Travemünde. Der Wellnessbereich ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es werden in den Saunen Aufgüsse angeboten, sowie Aquagymnastik und Schwimmkurse in einem der Pools. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet, allerdings ohne Klimaanlage, was einen guten Schlaf selbst bei 22 Grad Außentemperatur aufgrund der Ausrichtung herausfordern bis unmöglich macht. Es gibt keinen Safe und keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Letzteres wohl aus Brandschutzgründen. Die Rezeption verweist auf das Restaurant, sollte man heißes Wasser benötigen. Möchte man es dort abfüllen, muss man sich leider einer langen Diskussion stellen mit dem Verweis auf Schilder, dass das mitnehmen von Getränken und Essen aus dem Restaurantbereich nicht gestattet ist. In meinen Augen gerade bei Kaffee & Tee etwas kleinlich, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Liga. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Der Frühstücksslot ist besonders lange, was wir sehr genossen haben. Die Zimmerreinigung findet alle zwei Tage statt, wir wurden leider vergessen, sodass wir aktiv um neue Saunatücher etc. bitten mussten. Die Reinigung wurde dann zwar am späten Nachmittag noch durchgeführt, aber ein klebriger Fleck, der bereits bei unserer Ankunft auf dem Boden prange, war noch immer da.

Wir hatten ein schönes WE, aber hier 2/3 Kleinigkeiten, die mir persönlich gefehlt hatten: keine Klimaanlage. TV nicht vom Bett aus, sondern vom Sofa sichtbar. Kein Wasserkocher, bzw. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Kein Matcha Tee/Latte beim Frühstück

Schöner Empfangs-, Essens- und Pool Bereich. Jedoch lassen die Zimmer zu wünschen übrig. Sie sind neu, jedoch erinnert die Farb- und Materialwahl eher an ein Krankenhaus. Es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage oder Minibar.

Wir waren jetzt bestimmt das 5. Mal in Travemünde und ich muß leider sagen, dass das Hotel in der Reinigung und Essen doch sehr nachgelassen hat. Wir waren 6 Tage dort und unser Zimmer wurde nur 1 mal gereinigt und dieses nur provisorisch. Ich stelle mir für den Preis da leider etwas anderes vor. Buffet hat auch nachgelassen, früher war mehr Auswahl und abends hat man das Buffet von heute auf morgen um 10 Euro erhöht ohne Vorankündigung. Leider sind die Getränke (Wasser und Hauswein) abends auch nicht mehr im Preis inbegriffen und auch sehr überteuert. Ich denke wir werden in Zukunft in eine Ferienwohnung gehen.
