"i’m"

"Really liked that in the evenings there was plastic ware, paper plates and napkins out available for use. So helpful if we brought a pizza back for supper. Hot coffee available 24/7."

"Very clean and well receptive Workers"

"I came down in the morning at 8 am, and: THERE WAS NOT ANY COFFEE! THERE WAS NOT ANY JUICES! THERE WAS NOT ANY YOGURTS! THERE WAS NOT ANY BAGELS! PRETTY MUCH -- THERE WAS ANY FOOD!!!! And when complain was made to the front desk, they response: "Ok"!! ELEVATOR: MY ROOM WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR, AND I DECIDED TO TAKE ELEVATOR! Elevator stopped on each and every floor! Fine. BUT: WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO THE FIRST FLOOR: IT STOPPED FOR A MOMENT AND **IMMEDIATELY** WENT UP. THIS TIME IT STOPPED ON...

"This is a great and modern property, unfortunately during my stay the elevator was not working"

"The lobby is nice. Our room had some peeling paint"

"Property in itself was ok. My opinion as far staff is that if your going to be at workplace to conform to Hotel dress code. House keeping did adhere to dress code. I saw just 1 front desk employee wearing a HGI shirt and that was Kris. Breakfast in itself was horrible, Sausage undercooked and no orange juice."

"No problems at all! Always a great stay"

"We had a good stay. Staff was amazing but the tub in the room wasn’t really clean had hair and the stopper was broken so had to use a washcloth to hold the stopper up not to collect water. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the blanket provided to go with it was not sufficient as my son was still cold. The heat stopped working on our last night there. The bistro and bar in the lobby were a plus and the kids enjoyed the pool!"

"The coffee ran out just as I poured my first cup. The attendant was so kind in making a new pot. Very cheerful!"

"Just a wonderful experience"

"Room was clean and staff was nice. Great location to walk around West Chester Town. Gym is a little small."

"The place was clean but we found two roaches in the bathroom."
