Every time we left the room and tried to get back in, our cards did not work. Had to go to the lobby. The bathrooms in this place are horrific. Dirty, items falling off the floor grout is black. Dirt everywhere. Filthy. Walls in the hallways, doors, we're full of dirt, never been cleaned. Never, again will we stay here. Shower was disgusting. Shower curtain smelled so bad, you couldn't believe it.

This location is so quiet and peaceful, and the staff are so nice. It’s not right downtown but has a huge field adjacent where we can picnic and walk the puppy. It’s an economical choice so don’t expect high end amenities but it’s great for the price.

This hotel is pet friendly which was our #1 consideration in booking. We found the hotel very clean inside and outside. The bed (double queen) was extremely comfortable...one of our best rests in a hotel experience! Plenty of hot water for showers! Outside hotel and parking areas were well lit. Hotel is behind Culvers...away from US10 traffic. The hotel is an older establishment...not alot of fancy amenities...but we were comfortable and felt safe. Thank You Rodeway Inn!

Our room was filthy, so much food under the mattress, stains on the bed, the tile floor in the bathroom was black. It was disgusting. We paid $262 for one night. it was absolutely ridiculous. I would never stay here again. The only reason we did was bc the town was already booked up other places. Management wasn’t even that nice, they barely had any breakfast items and that area was dirty as well. I’m so glad we only planned one night here.

TV didn't work and they were going to put us up on the 2nd floor even there wasn't hardly anyone there on the 1st floor. I said why don't you just up-grade us and they said it was because we got the room from your site nothing could be done. They finally found us a room on the other side of the hotel and we had to pack up and move. There was no paper in the room about the WiFi password and I called the front office. I let it ring @ least 12 to 14 times and no one answered. I had to leave my room and go to the office to get it.

One camera, plenty of parking. Staff? One person is all I seen. You ring the bell and 2 minutes later he showed up. That’s all I seen him the 2 nights we stayed there. Breakfast was there. Not much, waffle maker, 3 types of cereal, a couple of pasty, yogurt. That was it. Coffee Machine also.

We were very impressed with the size and quality of our room for the budget price! The location worked out great. We had a nice dinner at a sushi hibachi grill nearby and it was super cute. 3 min drive or 15 min walk. The staff was absolutely lovely! I called in to ask a few questions before and she was able to accommodate our last minute needs. I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and has everything we needed. Comfortable space! $25 pet fee per pet, but I called around and that is the going rate in the area. They try to give pet guests an exterior entrance.

Check in guy was cold, asked for king bed on first floor and he claims he didn't see the instructions included and was not happy to change the room and ended up with 2 queen beds on first floor instead of a king. Told him I was handicapped, after telling us room was on second floor with no elevator. u could tell he didn't care. Ice machine was broke, No milk for breakfast, no wifi and he wouldn't answer phone to be able to tell him. Commnication was terrible
