This hotel is a fraud and really greepy

I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com. Nobody from reception was there. Had to wait 2hours for manager to come. Manager didnt know about our stay. We shower our ID and reservation papers and still he didnt want to give us a room. He Said that my visa from my pasport was not valid this is insane because me and my fiance have valid ID. When i told him that im going to call hotel.com and make a complaint he ask us again our id and was looking again and Suddenly he said ok we can stay but He doesnt have a room with airconditioning. We told him that we want to pay extra for the airconditioning but he said we have to leave he doesnt have room for us. This hotel is a fraud inside is not the same as on the online pictures. The man was really rude and he planned this on purpose to refuse us and to pretend that he dont know nothing about our booking. Because there are no forgein people booking this hotel only local people thats why he thought to refuse us.
