I enjoyed my stay. The room were very clean and the staff very helpful, respectful and kind. The location is great too. The card machine did not work and I had to pay cash. I hope this will be fixed in the future. I will definitely recommend.

Needs Some TLC

Bathroom needs minor repairs and a thorough cleaning. Towels and linen need bleaching or replacing. Need some more English TV channels. The breakfast was not very nice at all unfortunately. Airport shuttle was quite expensive. Staff spoke very little English and I spoke zero French. A/C was excellent.

A pleasant stay. Clean facilities. However, the bed linen is worn out. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly. Good value for money for a stay of less than 3 nights.

J'ai découvert hypnose pour la première fois et j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Chambre propre et calme. Une chose à améliorer dans le futur, pas d'ascenseur pour monter jusqu'au niveau élevé.

Le staff a besoin de plus de professionnalisme, surtout la dame du Domfront office qui a travaillé le shift du jour, elle était tout le temps sur son portable même devant les clients. J'ai du attendre plusieurs fois qu'elle finisse son Whatsapp message avant qu'elle ne s'occupe de moi, à plusieurs reprises. Le monsieur qui a travaillé le night shift ( je penses Daniel ?) représente parfaitement cet hôtel, un homme sérieux, professionnel and très conscient de ce qu'il fait, je le recommande à un poste clé vu la qualité de son service. Les portièrs son très gentils et accueillant. La propreté est remise en question, les linges et essuie mains ne sont pas toujours propres. Bref, bon séjour, mais le potentiel d'offres un meilleur séjour est là, corriger les imperfections.
