Excellent stay, would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent, very friendly. The pet fee was great, not overly charged as other places are. We forgot a cell phone and the staff quickly called us to notify us for pick up; which was great because imgine being miles away and having to come back for it. We even got a complementary drink form their Lounge. The "hot breakfast" was good too. I'm extremely happy with the stay. Would definitely recommend.

The manager was very accommodating. We were in town due to an emergency. Our plans were 2 days but things changed and need to extend our stay. I returned later after checking out, told the manager we needed to extend the stay he got us back in the same room and early so we didn’t have to wait. He is a very nice man.

Great stay for an even better price!

Very comfortable and quiet hotel near Texas Tech stadium. The rooms and decor could use an upgrade but the beds are comfortable and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and made rounds each day to ask if we needed fresh towels.
