We stay here very often because we have Tech season tickets. Most of the time it’s decent, room clean, staff nice, breakfast average. This time the room was very clean, staff was nice but breakfast was NOT and didn’t have hair dryer (even though it says they do and they have always had). Not sure why they fell short with breakfast. Hoping our next stay which will be soon has a better experience. FYI had to go buy a hairdryer, a cost and trip I wasn’t expecting.

I paid for the queen size room with the jacuzzi, and for $171, it was not worth it. There was a dead cricket waiting on the table, the AC unit never satisfied so it would constantly cut on and off throughout the night, the bed wasn’t comfy and wasn’t even a queen sized bed and was a full, the jacuzzi was dirty and had debris all in it, and the water pressure in the shower was horrendous! Definitely would have been better off staying somewhere else, and I won’t be staying here again.

We booked and paid online When we got there it was an additional $100.00 ATM broken First 2 rooms where damaged had to switch rooms. No AC in one, phone was broke, fridge broken full of water and bugs Breakfast was supposed to be from 6 to 9 Got there at 630 and nothing After complaining to management they brought out raw uncooked food Got extremely sick and was throwing up entire drive from Lubbock texas to St Louis MO
