"Staff was wonderful & even moved us to a riverfront room because the hotel was pretty empty. The parking lot was under warning damage & the room was filthy yet staff upgraded us to the room. Can’t imagine our other option. The beds were horrible & we couldn’t even sleep in the same bed because a single person sunk so far in 2 in 1 bed may have sunk to the point knees would touch our chest. We had to clean the room & there were bugs in the con webs in the room. The shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned forever. Wouldn’t go back. It ilwas not an 8.9 Expedia experience for sure & we stayed for 3 nights. I ended up in the chiropractor, massage & acupuncturist’s office when I got home costing me over $300 in damages to my body from the bed. Sad experience for sure."

"This is our second time staying here, we just love this hotel.
The hotel has a great restaurant with a fantastic view of the lake, great hot breakfastcwith lots of choices, pool and hot tub are great! Hot tub is huge with in and out areas.
Bonfire comfy chairs and an outdoor bar that wasnt open yet, but looks great.
This hotel is literally on the beach

"The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast bar included scrambled eggs and sausage links in addition to waffles, bagels, and cereal, but they were not all that tasteful. The pool and hot tub were great amenities. The stay was great but I would suggest planning to get breakfast elsewhere."
